Education:
Christine Behrman de Colindres graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. She also received her Specialization Certificates in Criminal Law and Individual Liberties, as well as Litigation and Advocacy. She then went on to pursue her life long dream of becoming an attorney by receiving her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While undertaking her J.D., she had the pleasure of receiving her Study Abroad Certificate in International Law from the University of Hertford College, Oxford, England.
Christine has taken the Professional Guardianship course and received her Professional Guardianship Training Certificate.
Court Admissions:
Christine is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Bar Admissions:
Christine is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar and a member of Real Property, Probate & Trust Law, and the Elder Law Sections, as well as a member of the West Pasco Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
Biography:
Christine grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y. She moved her family to St. Cloud, Florida in 1991 to raise her children in a more relaxed atmosphere. She moved to Tampa in 2014 to start her legal education after raising her 3 children. She currently lives in Hudson, Florida, and has 4 grandchildren with one due June 2025 and 2 furbabies. She is a parishioner at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church and is an active member of The Seven Springs Rotary Club, Hudson Beach Yacht Club, and Sea Ranch Civic Center. She loves to spend time with her family, spoil her grandchildren, participate in community projects and cleanup, and give back to her community.
